1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Hoxe speaker comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (driver failure, button/control failure, Bluetooth module failure)
- Battery cells that fail to hold a charge under normal use (portable models)
- Charging port and power-board defects
- RGB lighting failure (Arena)
What's not covered
- Normal wear (scratches, fabric scuffs, gradual battery aging)
- Liquid damage to the Arena (not water-rated) or damage beyond the IPX7 rating on portables
- Lost speakers, cables, or straps
- Damage from drops, crushing, or misuse
How to claim warranty
Email support@hoxesupport.com with:
- Your Amazon order number (or seller receipt)
- A short description of the issue
- One or two photos or a short video showing the problem
Most claims are resolved within 3 business days. If we approve a replacement, we ship a new unit to you free of charge.
Amazon orders
If your Hoxe speaker is within Amazon's 30-day return window, the fastest path is to request a return directly through your Amazon order page. After 30 days, contact us at the email above for manufacturer warranty.
